Q : Can you take that big spot off my forehead?

A : Yes we have experienced digital photo retouchers who specialise in airbrushing and cloning photograph's. No extra charge will be added for minor changes.

Q : I have a coloured photograph can you changed it to sepia or black and white?

A : Yes we can tint your photo's to any colour you require.

Q : My image is blurred and of a poor quality before I send it to you, will it print ok?

A : No, if your image is of a poor quality and blurred it will print that way, we can sharpen them but they pixelate.

Q : My photo is landscape and needs to be portrait for the item I have chosen, can I still send it to you?

A : Yes, but we will chop the sides off the image to make it portrait, please make sure the image has plenty of bleed.

Q : How do i get my photo to you?

A : Send it to us by pressing the UPLOAD YOUR FILE button on the home page or email it to us or upload it to Mediafire and send us a link or the good old fashioned way is by post as a photo or on a USB flash drive. All photos, flashdrives etc will be returned with your order.
